வரும்பகையை எதிர்க்கும் வலிமை இருப்பினும், அத்துடன் அரணைச் சார்ந்து போரிடும் வாய்ப்பும் இணையுமானால் பெரும்பயன் கிட்டும்.
Translation:
Though skill in war combine with courage tried on battle-field,
The added gain of fort doth great advantage yield.
Explanation:
Even to those who are men of power and expedients, an attack in connection with a fortification will yield many advantages.
